When you give us your phone number, for example in our quote or appointment forms, we use it to respond to your request. We may call or text you at that number to reply to your request, such as answering your questions or sending the quote or information you asked for, and to confirm appointments you booked. These messages are about your own request, not marketing.

We send recurring or promotional text messages, such as offers, only if you opt in by checking the SMS box on our quote or appointment forms. The box is optional and starts unchecked, and you can submit our forms without checking it. We use a 10-digit long code (10DLC) for business messaging in compliance with CTIA and carrier guidelines.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. For assistance, reply "HELP".

• Opt-in for recurring and promotional texts: check the optional SMS box on our forms. We keep a record of your consent: the wording shown to you, the date, and the page where you gave it.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Opt-out: Reply "STOP" to unsubscribe from all SMS communications.
• Help: Reply "HELP" for support or contact info@foodtrailerpros.com.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
• Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, other than the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages.
