By accessing and using this website and the services provided by Food Trailer Pros ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Food Trailer Pros designs, manufactures, and sells food trailers, food trucks, and related mobile kitchen units. We also offer financing options, custom wraps, and equipment installation services. All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or applicable fees unless explicitly stated. A deposit may be required to begin production on custom orders.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or an agreed deposit. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice or purchase agreement. Production timelines begin after full deposit clearance. Final payment is due before delivery or pickup of the completed unit.

Financing through Food Trailer Pros (in-house financing) is subject to approval and to a separate written financing agreement. If that agreement differs from these Terms, the financing agreement controls.

The third-party lenders listed on our website (Clicklease, Slim Capital, Equinox Funding and Centra Funding) are independent companies. They make their own credit decisions under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their decisions or their terms.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on order volume, customization, and material availability. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions or carrier delays.

Our food trailers include a 12-month warranty covering structural components and included equipment, unless otherwise specified in your purchase agreement. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Because our products are custom-built to order, all sales are final once production has begun. Cancellation prior to production start may be subject to a restocking fee for materials already purchased. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued at our discretion.

When you give us your phone number, for example in our quote or appointment forms, you agree that we may call or text you at that number to reply to your request and to confirm appointments you booked. We send recurring or promotional text messages, such as offers, only if you opt in by checking the SMS box on our quote or appointment forms. The box is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• We do not sell or rent your phone number to third parties, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The content on this website, including photos, specifications, equipment lists, prices and payment estimates, is provided "as is" for general information and may change without notice. We work to keep it accurate, but errors can happen. If a price, specification or availability shown on the website is wrong, we may correct it before we accept your order. Your written quote, invoice or purchase agreement controls over anything shown on the website.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Food Trailer Pros and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written quote, invoice, purchase agreement, or financing agreement between you and Food Trailer Pros, make up the entire agreement regarding your use of this website and our services. If these Terms conflict with a signed purchase agreement or financing agreement, the signed agreement controls.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
